1. Membership and bookings
Memberships and day passes are managed through our booking system.
Payment is required in advance of use.
We reserve the right to amend pricing or membership structure with reasonable notice.
2. Use of the space
The Makers’ Kirk is a shared co-working environment.
Users agree to:
- Use the space respectfully
- Be mindful of others
- Follow the Co-working Guide
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw access where use is disruptive or inappropriate.
3. Access and availability
Access to the space is provided during advertised opening hours or as agreed.
We aim to provide a consistent and reliable workspace but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
4. Payments and cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable, changes to bookings should be made in advance.
5. Liability
Users are responsible for their own belongings while using the space.
The Makers’ Kirk is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Interruption to services beyond our control
6. Damage and care of the space
Users are responsible for any damage caused during their use of the space.
We reserve the right to recover costs for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning where necessary.
7. Ending use of the space
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where:
- Terms are not followed
- Behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Agreement
By purchasing a membership or day pass, you agree to these terms.
